ONE individual should book ALL stalls/shavings for the GROUP
A Credit Card will be required in order to submit the reservation – **this card will NOT be charged at the time of submission
Cards are only charged in the event of cancellation after the deadline
Trainers/Stalling Agents will be able to break down their stalls/shavings/sponsorships at the show on the trainer sheet
This form is a RESERVATION for stalls only. Your stalls are not guaranteed until they have been confirmed by email (Emails will go out on or before April 15th).
** STALL CANCELLATION POLICY: Stall cancellations are allowed up to 2 weeks before the show (June 25th). After June 25th all stalls reserved the agent will be responsible for. You will break down your stalls at the show. Any stalls not on the breakdown/paid for at the end of the show will be charged to the card on file when submitting the reservation.

NEC RV Cancellation Policy
INDOOR AND SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED RESERVATIONS
No refund will be issued for the rental fee if this reservation is canceled 90 days or less from the original reservation date. Any paid security deposit will be refunded. A full refund for the rental fee minus a 15% administrative fee will be issued if this reservation is canceled more than 90 days from the original reservation date. Any paid security deposit will be refunded.
GENERAL RESERVATIONS
No refund will be issued for the rental fee if this reservation is canceled 30 days or less from the original reservation date. A full refund for the rental fee minus a 15% administrative fee will be issued if this reservation is canceled more than 30 days from the original reservation date.
